Directions:

H2M is located 30 miles east of New York City. From the Throgs Neck Bridge, take either the Clearview Expressway or the Cross Island Parkway south to the Long Island Expressway (I-495) east to exit 49 South. Proceed to Route 110 (Broad Hollow Road). Turn right onto Route 110 and proceed 1.3 miles south to Ruland Rd. (you will pass H2M on the east side of Rt. 110). At the intersection of Ruland Rd. and Rt. 110, make a U-turn and head north on Rt. 110 approximately 0.1 miles. Turn right into the entrance and proceed to the rear of the building.
