As municipalities are in the forefront of the local public health, H2M Labs recognizes the critical nature of data quality and timeliness. Our very first client was a local water district and we have gained the trust and respect of many water and sewage district clients in the decades since.
H2M Labs is proud to offer municipalities numerous value added services. The lab is available 24/7 for emergency situations and we routinely provide technical guidance and support to our clients in times of need. Our staff has established long-lasting relationships with various consulting engineers, district superintendents and district staff to gain the reputation for being accessible, supportive, and responsive. Active in many organizations, H2M Labs works diligently to keep up to date on new regulations and requirements to better inform our clients of their obligations.
For our sewer district clients, we perform around-the-clock, semi-annual Intensive Coliform Sampling analysis as required by permit. For our drinking water district clients, we maintain a comprehensive database to monitor sample collection frequency and complete monthly Bacteria Summary reports as required by local governments. H2M Labs notifies clients of outstanding sample collections and maintains a sample history in our state-of-the-art LIMS to ensure water districts are in compliance with local and state regulations.
